We require a Student Counselor who guides students regarding their career decisions and helps them to understand their potential and ways to pursue their goalsHelps them understand their skill sets and how to utilize themHe also gives information about colleges and universities and what is required to get admission in themHe also advises students on their personal problems and helps to resolve themIf it is something very serious, he involves the parents and the school authorities, and together they help the childHe recognizes behavioral issues and provides solutions to tackle themFinding the opportunities at international level for students to participate in international FestivalsSearching summer placements for students in universities of USA, UK and other countries.Arranging international tours of 2 -4 weeks for studentsIdentifying international youth conferences/ competitions for students to participate in-coordinating with travel agents for reasonable students tour packages.

--Must be sympathetic to the problems of the student and must be a good listener
--Must have excellent communication skills in order to be able to reach out to the troubled students
--Should keep himself/herself updated on the recent developments in the academic world in order to be able to give the students advice about their career
--Worked as a global reach coordinator/ counselor at an educational institution.
--Minimum experience 2 years.
--Have coordinated with international organizations & institutions in regard to international students festivals/events / competitions/ conferences and summer camps
