|
- Payable and Receivable management by drawing aging and payment/receipt policies.
- Working capital management.
- Investment budgeting arrangement and manage budgeting
- Monitoring timely deposits in bank accounts and preparation of bank reconciliations statements.
- Have relevant knowledge of Sales Tax and Income Tax
- Monitoring the timely disbursement of payments and preparation to voucher related to payments and payroll checking
- Checking bank and cash receipt vouchers and resolving discrepancies
- Responsible for monthly closings and account analysis with Vendor and customers.
- Checking payment vouchers and resolving discrepancies
- Coordination and support in company audit .
- Analysis of trial balance and budgetary controls.
- Updating Monthly & Quarterly Financial Reporting for authorities
