The Position will be responsible for nationwide recovery and collection of the monthly billing and any previous outstanding amounts. As a national Head, Individual will have to plan, execute and stratigize for the purpose of improved recoveries and collections in all zones and its allied branches. Some of the following tasks are required to be executed.
1. Regular monitoring of discrepancy reports in billing system
2. Ensure completeness and accuracy of feeding of recovery against credit clients in billing system
3. Regular monitoring of dishonored cheques along with “Team Lead Reconciliation”
4. Regular monitoring of “Recovery Receipts” in system
5. Liaison with “team Lead Reconciliation” for reconciliation of recoveries as per billing system and financial system
