Royal International is a medium size plastic packaging company with its production unit based in Swabi, KPK.
The Shift Operator required will oversee and coordinate activities within their assigned
production group(s) in an efficient manner to achieve the optimal, cost-effective manufacturing
processes methods in accordance with product specifications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
•Ensures production goals are met within the assigned production group(s) in order to meet production unit goals and deadlines.
•Inspects products to verify conformance to quality specifications and directs setup and adjustments of machines as needed.
•Supports the production unit action plans in order to achieve the company's long-term goals and objectives.
•Assigns and schedules work to the assigned production group(s) in coordination with other
supervisors and production unit support team.
