Arabic Speaking CSR

(Please DO NOT APPLY for this job if you cannot understand AND speak Arabic fluently). The JD includes but is not limited to performing the following duties both in English and Arabic language:

Responding to customer inquiries, complaints, questions, and suggestions as per the defined process guidelines
Providing Pre and Post Sales Support to customers over emails and phone
Getting abreast of Mihnati tools and services
Using company provided software tools
Translating/Proofreading content before it goes Live over the website in Arabic
Following-up on missing information by the employers
Assisting employers in posting jobs and assisting them with sourcing CVs & prescreening facility
Dealing directly with customers over the phone and via e-mails
Keeping records of details and inquiries of customer complaints and taking action accordingly
Creating and maintaining warm & strong client relationship by assisting them in using Mihnati products

Note: Remuneration package completely depends upon the extent to which your profile matches this position's requirements.
