Job Description:
  • Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the international market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability in the international arena.
  • Conduct comprehensive international market analysis to Initiate and coordinate the development of action plans to penetrate new segments and markets.
  • Responsible for handling in-coming International leads and keeping proactive client contacts.
  • Responsible for the handling and growing existing International clients
  • Working with sales team and the rest of the management team to drive revenue attainment in order to meet International sales targets
  • Explore new business opportunities with aggressive and result-oriented attitude
  • Responsible for preparing contractual proposals, including creative, innovative, novel, unique concepts and approaches
  • Responsible for directing contractual negotiations and assisting/participating in the negotiations as may be necessary
  • Responsible for creating and building client relationships through information gathering and use of proprietary CRM software
  • Responsible for attending various events organized or participated by the company and perform a strong relationship building exercise by meeting different people attending those events
  • Liaison with the social sector and corporate clients as well as the business partners via telephone, Skype, video conferencing, e-mails further attend the business meetings to generate sales leads
  • Responsible for building relationships-customers, partners and internal team and stakeholders that can help to develop and execute the strategies
