Job Description:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Will provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate employees, receiving visitors, mail receipt & distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of some office supplies as well as additional clerical duties:
- Receive telephone calls / faxes & take messages as needed
- Operate computerized employee punch in/out system
- Greet and direct visitors to the company
- Will take and retrieve messages for various personnel.

 
Skills Required:
 
- Basic computer skills are required
- Must be conversant in English, both spoken and written, Urdu & Pashto
- Should have a clear voice and ability to communicate / represent well over the phone.
