2. To update sales data of all display centers’ sent to HQ on daily basis by them.
3. To prepare sales report for Manager Retail Operations on prescribed format of all the display centers.
4. To prepare daily sales and collections report of the entire retail network display center’s for Retail Operations on prescribed format.
5. To prepare display center shops weekly sales report for Retail Commercial.
6. To arrange stocks for displays center with liaison of Manager Retail Commercial.
7. To prepare display center monthly closing sales report.
8. To prepare monthly report display center wise sales.
9. To prepare display center’s salesman incentive report.
10. To prepare sales tax working report for tax department.
11. To arrange Stationery and POP for display centers.
12. To prepare monthly financial adjustment report if any with the help of Finance team.
13. To ensure checking of display center’s petty cash vouchers once a month.
14. To ensure petty cash reimbursement from finance department to display centers.
