1. HP Documents Verification:
The primary role of Branch Manager is to verify all the HP documents verification as per Company SOP.
2. Sale Target Achievement:
Branch Manager has to achieve Sales Target assigned by the management every month.
3. HP Recovery:
He has to cover all the HP recovery thru strong follow up which is sold on credit as per Company SOP.
4. Ordering & Inventory Management:
Branch Manager has to order as per demand on time to protect stock going in overage. Stock handling is also under his supervision along with handling of packing material.
5. New Channels Identification:
To increase sales Branch Manager has to explore new channels for smooth transaction and insure Company risks are at the minimum side.
6. Display Maintenance & Discipline:
Branch Manager has to keep discipline at the outlet and supervise his staff discipline, insure punctuality of the staff & assure employees are in uniform and in good hygiene conditions.
7. Merchandising / Display Handling:
Branch Manager is also responsible for proper display at the outlet, avoid display gaps and merchandising is executed as per Company Standards. Price Tags should be also properly placed.
8. Customer Services:
One of the important role of Branch Manager is to provide good customer services to the clients and avoid delays in complaints of the customers.
9. Assets & Expanse Controls:
As a Branch Manager he has to take care of the Branch Fixed Assets are in good condition and properly maintained; he should also keep the Branch expanses at the minimum side.
10. Security Controls:
Branch Manager has to control all the security measures into account which includes; CCTV Cameras, Lock & Keys & Cash and Company Assets.
11. Execution of Marketing Activities:
Branch Manager has to execute marketing activities float from the Head Office, like flyers distribution, cable add airing within local area etc. etc. within allocated.
