Ensure profitability (GP) achievement as per budget.

Train and motivate Sales Representatives by self or through Vendor (Product Briefs/Technical Briefs) by visiting Branches/Franchises .

Responsible to increase market share at Town/Regional Level & market reach.

To ensure liquidation of slow moving SKUs in coordination with Sales & Products

To maintain Inventory Brand Wise, CC Wise at Branches by managing Cash Conversion Cycle, Re-Order level ,Inventory Days & lead time

Responsible to ensure resolution of After Sales Services issues timely & smartly.

Conduct area wise surveys on Market Size, Potential, Product Policy & keep an eye on competitors pricing strategies etc. for selection of right strategies by the company to compete in the market.

To create demand of Auto Products & to be No. 1 in Leasing business by working on different channels/Mechanics etc. at Town Levels which may lead to become Top player at Regional Level.

Assisting the Management in making business plan and in formulation and implementation of budgetary planning, operating expenses, sales & Product policies.

Preparing sales policies and trade offers & recommending pricing, marketing & Promotion of brand strategies for achievement of targets.
