1) Overall management of the OPPLE Show Room
2) Monitor daily sales / expense and reconcile with HQ
3) Visit market to promote OPPLE brand
4) Conducting SWOT analysis and reporting market information to the management with regard to the business using the product trend, strengths & opportunities and also proactively planning for strategies & procedure to tackle with weaknesses & threats in order to protect the product
5) Visit Head Office on weekly basis and submit daily activity report
6) Collect data of market competitors for price, product analysis and USP (Unique Selling Point), POP (Point of Parity) and POD (Point of Differentiation)
7) Maintain and develop organizational culture, values and reputation in its markets and with all staff, customers, suppliers, partners and regulatory/office bodies.
8) Visit architect and consultants for OPPLE products enlistment and product recommendation
9) Keep maintaining and expending the Architect and consultant network and achieve the give target through project sales.
10) Any other assignment assigned by Sr. Management
