- Follow up with customers on phone in overdue from first day, getting payment commitment from customer and communication to sales team to ensure payment on committed date
- Review of payment commitment date regularly and follow up with sales team and customers regarding nonpayment after lapse of committed date.
- Follow up with the team for issuance of reminder notices to customers falling in overdue as per policy
- Visit to overdue customers, negotiate payment programs with overdue/delinquent customers. Devise and mutually agree the schedule of payments with the delinquent customers and ensure recovery
- Sign-off promise to pay form from OD customer during visit
- Follow up with legal Dept. for Issuance of legal notice to customers as per policy
- Support to sales team & take active part in task force team & to lift back product from customers falling in OD as per policy
- Locate non paid customers by visiting their location whose contact no. is off
- Ensure that all communications with customers are handled within the required time frame and to the company standards.
- Maintain Record / filing of Notices form etc.
- Daily update on activities, performance & recoveries report sharing with asst. Manager Recoveries.
