We are outbound call center working on Solar Panels Program in US.
The aim of calling customers is to give them initial information about our program and set up appointment.
Most of the time the agents are required just to take permission of the customer to be given a call back so that a representative from our US based Solar Panels Company may talk to them and provide them more information.
We have a very good response from the customers because future is Solar in many of the states in the US.
The candidate just needs to have skills mentioned in the Skills paragraphs, dedicated and committed to his/her job.
