Purpose:
Overall supervision of the store.Responsible for exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets, supervising store related HR policies and procedures,coordinating with the assistant brand manager for inventory management and replenishment. Maintain store cleanliness, maintaining merchandising standards.
Principle Accountabilities:
Responsible for achieving store sales targets
Responsible for maintaining customer service standards
Ensuring that the merchandise is clean, organized and in perfect condition
Maintain the approved desired overall “Look” of the store in terms of visual merchandizing/display, product & store cleanliness
Give feedback in improving product line.
Suggest changes and improvements in the existing look and feel of the store
Ensuring that all store expense budgets are met with
Creating and maintaining customer relationships
Maintaining Stock taking responsibility and coordinating with Audit department
Develop skills and acquire the required knowledge and experience to grow within organization
Training the CSA and trainee’s in selling and store management skills
Directly handles the customer complaints and conducts after sale services in collaboration with the supervisors
Assits ABMs in collecting data regarding customers’ feedback
