Key Result Area:Health & Safety
• Ensure that Health & Safety is an integral part of all job duties and is implemented in accordance with the H&S Guidelines.
• Report a minimum 12 hazards and conduct 12 VFLs annually.
• Actively participate in initiatives to implement Health & Safety.
Key Result Area: Record Keeping
• Maintain customer’s shipment documents to keep a record of transactions and ensure correct and timely distribution.
• Maintain customer’s payment receipt and general ledger entries so as to make sure that the data is updated and available to cross check in case of any issues.
• Maintain quantitative records (Region District and customer wise) to be used for forecasting and analysis purposes.
• Documentation of new distribution openings so that it can be used to map against the set objectives and strategy.
Key Result Area: Sales Functions
• Handle shipping & logistics affairs to ensure effective sales distribution.
• Prepare commercial documents for use by marketing, sales and finance departments.
• Look after financial aspects of documents in relation to sales tax to be reported to finance department.
• Cater to the sales requests to forward the relevant stakeholders for order deliveries.
• Report sales data to upper management to cross check the performance against objectives and alignment with strategy.
Key Result Area: Administrative Functions
• Handle bank procedures of payments / LCs / E Form to facilitate the budgeting and financials of the division.
• Circulate sales tax invoices so that timely payments may be made.
• Coordinate with plant dispatch office, plant transport office, finance and sales department to keep a track of, maintain and update dispatches and transactions.
Key Result Area: Customer Relationship Management
• Maintain dispatch plans and handle customer discounts, target incentives, price difference, customer agreements and commissions for effective customer service management.
• Handle customer complaints and queries, and resolve issues to enhance customer experience.
JOB CONTEXT
The job entails interaction with multiple internal and external stakeholders both within and outside the organizational context. Internal stakeholders include Lafarge employees, and external stakeholders include customers (including key accounts) and distributors.
COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
Internal
• Work closely with local sales, export sales, dispatch and transport functions to ensure smooth delivery of sales orders.
• Interaction with CFO and Treasury Manager, in order to ensure smooth cash flows
External
• Maintain good relations internal customers.
• Develop and maintain good interactions and business relations with external customers and distributors.
Min Experience
• 2-3 years of sales administration experience preferably in FMCG or industrial manufacturing.
Skills
• Must be excellent in using Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, report writing, and presentation skills
