JOB PURPOSE
The aim is to state the overall significance of the job from the organisation's perspective. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for developing and creating strong relationships with the full service salon customer to deliver objectives. This individual will be responsible for developing salon account business in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad. Sales consultants are in charge of handling the sale of Wella Professional products directly to customers. They are at the service of the customer: before the sale, during the sale, or after the sale to advice or to explain the terms. They may also help salons in setting up Wella Professional Products displays.

Implement and manage Wella- business development policies, processes and procedures in own division / area to ensure all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled
Operate in line with company policies for travel, expenses, business conduct, etc.
Compliance with procedural and legislative requirements
Reporting
Review all Wella Professional Sales reports for accuracy and in order to ensure that they conform with company and department requirements, policies and standards
Maintaining accurate reporting information including activity reports, expense reports, itineraries, and other miscellaneous requested written reports. Reports are prepared in a timely and accurate manner and meet company policies and requirementsSales Specific
Advising customers on products and providing the best customer service possible
Building customer loyalty
Assisting in the display of Wella Professional products
Preparing orders for delivery
Telephone customers for tracking and follow-up
Attract new customers
Become an expert across all Wella professional categories and brands. Accommodate the needs of the customer
Become the "go-to" resource for salons on industry trends
Efficiently handle specified accounts and hit targets on time
Up to date product knowledge
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing continues after sales services and make themselves available for any further questions a customer might have regarding the product. Relationship Building
Building positive working relationships with assigned key accounts, stylists, and sales reps to ensure future growth of Wella Professional brands
Positive relationship with Salons, Sales reps and stylists Travelling
Required to travel frequently in the field to work with salon partners both local and regional.
