- Ensuring Attendance and productivity of Daily Sales Representatives as per given targets
- Area Mapping, Route Mapping and DSR Route wise call clusters development
- Having morning and evening sessions with DSRS to ensure target achievement
- Team development and team management
- Ensuring target achievement of Numeric and Weighted Sales
- Communication of all policies, procedures, trade activities, trade offers and rewards to the DSRs
- Corrective actions to be taken against any negligence of work
