• Responsible for smooth operations in the school that are consistent with the School Policy Guidelines.
  • Image building of the school within and outside & inculcate the same in staff and students.
  • Development, implementation of the School Improvement Plan in concurrence with the RMA and provide regular feedback on progress.
  • Communicate & collaborate regularly with the management at RO, Heads of other Pak Schools & own staff to ensure an open and two-way communication.
  • Responsible for hiring quality teaching and support staff as per procedure laid down in the School Policy guidelines in concurrence with the RMA.
  • Manage effective allocation of work to teachers and school support staff as per Policy.
  • Evaluation and monitoring of teachers, office staff and junior staff. Maintain progress report of each staff member on the standard format for judicious staff appraisals as well as to identify training needs.
  • Conducting staff meetings to evaluate and improve team’s performance.
  • Open to new ideas and grooms the staff accordingly.
  • Ensure and supervise staff and student discipline in the school.
  • Monitor all records and regularly update it using prescribed formats.
  • Participate & contribute in all meetings & trainings in the larger interest of the Organization.
  • Ensure safe and clean facilities for the students and staff.
  • Identify, verify and recommend student scholarships to the RMA.
  • Develop the annual school budget based on Annual School Improvement Plan, and submit to the RMA.
  • Ensure security of the students, staff & school.
  • Maintain an effective inventory system for all school supplies, materials and equipment as per prescribed policy & procedures.
  • Maintain professional relationship with Examination Board etc.
  • Ensure development and facilitation of child centered learning environment.
  • Responsible for implementation of academic curricula by the school teachers as per guidelines
  • Ensure formal assessment procedures are followed including scheduling, implementing and record keeping as well as teachers’ use of ongoing and informal assessment practices in their classrooms.
  • Monitor & evaluate teaching and learning in the school to enhance the quality of education.
  • Observe each teacher at least thrice per term using Classroom Observation format; maintain written reports on each teacher, provide in-person feedback and keep information updated on teacher’s file.
  • Encourage the use of a variety of instructional strategies; ensure adequate availability and utilization of teaching material.
  • Ensure optimal utilization of computer & science labs and Library resources to support the curricula.
  • Develop staff time table and school calendar and ensure that a master copy is posted in the office & staff room for all teachers.
  • Identify teachers’ training needs. Maintain coordination with teachers in other schools through the head & communicate to the RO for assistance.
  • Monitor paper setting procedure for Mid-term and End of Year examination.
