Job Description:
· Apply theoretic knowledge to the job and enhance efficiency of current work
· Month wise, Town wise, Brand wise Secondary Sales achievement
· Ensure timely receipt of Sales proceeds from Distributors.
· Re-visit the Sales, Distribution and Trade Marketing structure in line with market dynamics and anchor for benefits.
· Evaluate, improve and maintain the numeric and weighted distribution to enhance coverage and eliminates stock outs.
· Efficient and effective planning of routes and market visits.
· Develop and plan the execution of Trade Marketing strategy for efficient and effective outcome
· Increase the reach to market in the Territory and improve distribution width & depth through focused Trade Marketing efforts.
· New market development plan
Existing brand launch in new market or re-launch in existing market
