- To create a distribution network in the whole region and to manage it properly
- To plan and execute strategies to achieve the secondary sales targets in accordance with the company policies.
- Chalked out strategies to increase coverage and availability base of the new and old brands to expand the business base.
- Monthly planning and to design the strategies for the next month achievement on the bases of the evaluation of last month performance.
