- Have you been a successful PHP / Open source developer?
- Do you have significant experience (8 months +) on development of Joomla MVC based component development?
- Have you been leading a group of junior developers (2 to 5+) recently?
- Have you been assigned projects, their requirements specifications and you were able to get that website done nicely from your team or yourself or with mutual participation you and your team member?
- Are you familiar to handle junior developers? Groom them? Make them perform their job in efficient manner and gets the job done on time and still not compromising the quality of the work.
- Can you serve on a challenging position for the PHP-Joomla Team Lead / Sr. Developer?

Your job will require you to perform following tasks since day one of your joining - Youll record all design/functional requirement specifications of all new/current and old projects (All are in JOOMLA and E-Commerce websites)
- You will have to get any modifications / SEO requirements done with the help of team.
- Need to initiate development of new projects according to given specifications.
- Come up with EXCELLENT level of software engineering / ERD database designing to be able to translate functional requirements in to Navigational Screens and ERD.
- Keep track of each project (1 to 4) milestones, and making sure demonstration will go on time by you.
