Field Engineers -Civil, Electrical, Mechanical and QS
Note: Only Single Status is permissible for this work arrangement. If being considered for a role on Bechtel’s Ras-Al-Khair Project, you will be required to be on Camp Status and live full time on a work camp about 90 KM North of Jubail. Please do not submit CV if you are not willing to work on camp status.
- Review contractor technical submittals and drawings and coordinate with discipline engineers where needed, and ensure reviewed drawings area available to all parties. Coordinate with Contract Supervisors to assure the required technical submittal are obtained from contractors. Supervise quantity take-offs.
- Participate in initial inspection and prepare “punch lists”. Participate in the preparation of technical features of Field Change Requests and Change Orders.
- Monitor contractor inspection and quality control programs, review contractors’ monthly invoices, drawings and O&M manual, review and monitor as-builds.
- Assists contractors in development of safety culture.
- Prepare daily and weekly logs for each contractor.
- Review all construction material testing and evaluate testing results.
