Job Description:

KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:

· To ensure that accountability to beneficiaries and transparency become integral part of all program interventions;

· To receive and register complaints and their responses in complaint database in the assigned area. Makes sure that complaints are logged in a professional and timely manner;

· To respond and communicate with the beneficiaries in a dignified manner regarding their complaints/feedback;

· To provides support in ensuring that all SC intervention has accountability panaflexes/banners;

· To keep regular follow up of complaints and update complaint database on daily basis;

· To carry out field visits when required for different MEAL tasks;

· To ensure display of program standards (panaflexes) at each of program delivery site;

· To handle complaints as per MEAL guidelines and shares the information with relative staff member;

· To assist MEAL Officer in all MEAL tasks including monitoring reports, assessments and studies;

· Any other task assigned by line manager within purview of MEAL;
