Job Description

  • Make travel arrangements for Regional Office staff and Consultants, including international flights and flights to the field. Identify and make logistical arrangements for Regional staff& visitors attending workshops and training ensuring value for money
  • Manage hotel bookings and accommodation for SC Program guests and visitors
  • Liaise with the Fleet Representative on Regional Office staff movement and pick ups whenever necessary
  • Oversight of onward transport of any freight or purchased goods to field bases, including trucking contracts,record keeping (waybills), and any related liaison with government and other agencies
  • Liaise with the Immigration Department and other relevant authorities on travel documentation needs for Regional staff and visitors, ensuring management and timely processing of all visas and work permits
  • Supervise the kitchen operations.Purchasing of food items and accounting the float promptly.
  • Ensure the offices and working environment is clean and tidy, timely collection and disposal of garbage in a proper manner and facilities are maintained and well taken care of

Requirements

  • Graduation or equivalent
  • Demonstrated 2-3 years of overall work experience; and at least 1 year of specific sector experience
  • Management skills
  • Strong computer skills, especially MS Excel(Advanced)
  • Accounting or demonstrable procurement skills
