Job Description:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Compile regularly updated promotional materials describing IMNCH Projects for various audiences, including policy makers, donors, and Alliance members and for posting on the Save the Children web site, e.g., stories, Project profiles and photos.
  • Lead in the design and production of high quality promotional materials and reports.
  • Proofs read and edit all publications for adherence to Save the Children’s branding guidelines.
  • Assist the Communications and Project Manager compile or otherwise prepare proposals, reports (e.g., Monthly,Quarterly and Annual Report,) and planning documents (PSP, POP).
  • When requested, organize press briefings and public events.
  • Track IMNCH media coverage (print, radio, TV) in Pakistan and keep document summaries on file.
  • Develop time to time case studies following the standard formats of Save the Children
  • Build the capacity of implementing staff and managers to contribute to development of promotional materials including newsletters, beneficiary interviews/case studies.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • A graduate degree in business, or related field, 2-5 years industry experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Excellent skills on computer operation, especially on Microsoft Excel
