|
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Coordinate preparation of detailed implementation plan in collaboration with relevant project partners, especially DoH, DHDCs and CM partner.
- Plan, organize and conduct trainings for various cadres in project districts as per training strategy
- Maintain databank of training of Health Care Providers and generate reports regularly to Save the Childrens Deputy Director Health/Senior Manager and National Training Manager on the progress of training activities as per the implementation plan.
- Supervise quality control of the trainings and ensure smooth logistic supply of training material and supplies
- Assist in the implementation of the IMNCH Project in a
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE - MBBS
- Demonstrated 3-5 years of overall experience as a resource person; and a minimum of 02 years specific development sector experience

- Coordinate process of Identification and coordination of target communities and mobilize community groups

- Liaise and work with community groups to ensure accountability and best use of project resources
- Actively support Nutrition Coordinator in smooth implementation of sectoral initiatives
- Weekly reporting on progress
- Comply with the requirements of Save the Childrens Child Protection Policy to ensure maximum protection for children
- Undertakes any other tasks assigned by supervisor
