Job Description - Manage sick child based on IMCI (WHO) guidelines
- Dispense drugs and counsel the caregivers accordingly on medication, compliance and follow up.
- Organize health education sessions in the BHUs and ensure that ORWs provide the sessions
- Counsel men as partner in RH
- keep record and maintain stock inventory
- keep and maintain drug logistic system
- Collect and keep track of BHU revenue
- Organize and supervise ORWs, HIS record keeper and labor activities (community based and at BHU level) in accordance with the project need in consultation with MO, LHV and vaccinators
- Organize monthly CHWs meeting and provide support including feedback and re-supply to CHWs
