Job Description - Identify the affected villages and prepare a list of target beneficiaries for each Village Tract as per FLA signed between SC and WFP;
- Assist Distribution Officer with necessary data such as dates and names of distribution centers, number of beneficiaries to receive food each month.
- For preparation of a monthly distribution plan for your assigned Village Tracts.
- Prepare Muster-rolls for the beneficiaries who will receive food
- Prepare Daily Outlet Distribution Reports at the end of each distribution
- Prepare Loss Reports (if any) for each daily distribution
- Distribute food to beneficiaries as per monthly distribution Plan
Requirements - Education: Graduate.
- Total Work Experience (In Yrs) 2 year
- Sector Experience (In Yrs) 2 year
- Skills Computer operations in the area of MS Ward/Excel.
