Job Description:

KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:

  1. Handle transport of all staff, visitor and equipment/materials.
  2. Maintain vehicles including fuel, lubrication, oil, interior and exterior.
  3. To undertake vehicle assessment reports to supervisor.
  4. Maintain Log Book on trip basis and ensure to obtain the signature of the user.
  5. Report and supervise all maintenance and repair needs of assigned vehicle.
  6. Maintain a valid driving license, registration and valid permits at all the time.
  7. Follow and abide by the traffic rules, regulations, driver safety manual and any other instructions given by Admin officer or management.
  8. Maintain vehicle first aid box, communication equipment, fire extinguisher and protect the vehicle while at/outside office premises.
  9. Perform duties during special occasions on requirement basis.
  10. Work after duty hours or on holidays as and when required.
  11. To be available in case of any emergency situation within short notice.
  12. Work after duty hours or on holidays as and when required.
  13. Help in loading and unloading of official materials.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • At least Middle school pass with 3-4 years of total experience where 2-3 years work experience with INGOs/NGOs.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of English language and spoken Pashto/local language is must for this positions.
