Field Engineer

Job Description

· Identification of cash for work initiatives.

· Prepare technical design of infrastructure initiatives.

· Prepare cost estimates for infrastructure activities.

· Monitor the on-going physical work on the schemes.

· Finalization of bills and submission to finance for payment.

· Train communities in O&M of the physical infrastructure schemes.

· Weekly reporting on progress.

· Support and assist livelihoods coordinator in data compilation.

· Comply with the requirements of Save the Children’s Child Protection Policy to ensure maximum protection for children.

· Other duties as required in line with your skills, experience and role

Requirements

· Education BSc Civil Engineering, B.Tech or DAE technology.

· Total Work Experience (In Yrs) 4-5 years.

· Sector Experience (In Yrs) 2-3 years.

· Team work

· Computer literate

· Experienced in designing of community infrastructure schemes
