Job Description - Monitor the transportation's of all commodities from warehouse to the final distribution points
- To monitor that all type of loss from loading, off-loading, transporting, storing and distribution are properly documented and reported.
- To monitor the stock of commodities in comparison with records (sock register).
- Make sure physical counts of the warehouse is taken & dispatched on a fortnight basis
- Monitor that information concerning food distribution schedules are disseminated well in advance to the relevant beneficiary.
- Assist and monitor that appropriate distribution of commodities to eligible recipients/beneficiaries according to the approved distribution plan and as per ration size.
- Randomly monitor the distributed commodities with beneficiaries after received from the distribution points.
- Monitor that all non-distributed commodities at the end of the distribution period are documented and returned to the warehouse, accompanied with a waybill.
- Ensure all commodity dispatch, delivery, distribution and loss documents are made correctly.
- Follows all Save the Children policies and procedures.
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
Requirements
- Education: Graduate
- Total Work Experience (In Yrs) 3-5 Years
- Sector Experience (In Yrs) 2 Years
- Skills related to participatory research methods, computer literacy, and financial management.
