| Job Description: |
|
- Responsible for maintaining efficient accounting /financial systems for emergency response.
- Supervise financial transactions of funds received and spent within the financial policies of Save the Children.
- Ensure availability of sufficient funds for project grant by requesting funds from Hub office.
- Responsible to carry financial correspondence with Hub office.
- Ensure timely disbursement of funds to vendors and others concerned.
- Arrange and facilitate audits as per SCs and donors requirements and follow the auditors recommendations as soon as possible.
- Submission of monthly cash projections to Hub Office.
- Check and verify all financial reports.
- Financial reporting (Daily, weekly and monthly).
- Ensure that financial records are accurate and update.
- Financial Representation in SMT meeting.
Requirements - Masters Degree in Finance or CA equivalent
- At least 5 years of professional experience and 4 years of a sector experience in overseeing and managing complex business management and compliance systems at scale.
- Good Computer knowledge
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Advanced financial skill
- Good team management skills
