| Job Description: |
|
Responsible for timely, efficient and effective delivery of a high quality, food aid program.
· Ensure the thematic program is in line with the priorities, with support from the Programme Manager and
technical advice from the Food Aid Advisor.
· Set the programme objectives in line with the donor conditions and work-plan in consultation with all
stakeholders.
· Monitor project to ensure that it is managed within the timeline provided and as per objectives.
· Ensure compliance to systems and processes for planning and reporting to donor.
· Provide support and supervision to distribution staff to ensure successful implementation of the program.
· Ensure the effective monitoring, evaluation and documentation of the program.
· Be responsible to coordinate the preparation and monitor the implementation of the Food Aid project work plan,
financial reporting and forecast in consultation with Programme Manager and Food Aid Advisor.

Total Work Experience (In Yrs) 3-5.
Sector Experience (In Yrs) 2.
Skills required are Good Computer knowledge, Excellent Interpersonal and communication skill, Excellent
skills in monitoring implementation of program activities and Good team Management skill.
