Job Description
- To assist Livelihoods Officer in maintaining beneficiaries data in soft and hard forms.
- Responsible for logistics assessment and arrangement for field teams.
- Create, maintain and update electronic database for documents, maps, beneficiary listing and other administrative documents.
- Prepare and maintain records of internal and external communications including e-mails, letters, PRs and other relevant documents.
- Attend department meetings, prepare agendas and circulate.
- Support field team in maintaining project records, compilation of project updates/fact sheets at field office and beneficiary records for provision of up to date information to field team.
- Weekly reporting of progress as well as collecting background information for concept papers and proposals.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in rural development, natural resource management, agriculture or related discipline
- Demonstrated 2 years of overall experience; and a minimum of 1 year of specific development sector experience
- Excellent computer knowledge and report writing skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in insecure environments
- Ability and willingness to travel
