Job Description.
- Assist in preparing budgets for project proposals.
- Preparing /updating and sharing BVA with Management on weekly basis.
- Assign /supervise budget code allocations at the field offices.
- Assign activity codes to grants forBVA purposes.
- Design tools/reports, with finance team input, to facilitate budget monitoring
- Perform sub-grant monitoring and review.
- Perform payroll allocation on monthly basis.
- Assist Grants Manager in compiling information for financial reporting.
