|
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Identification of gaps in IMNCH services at the DHQH/ THQH
- Support procurement and supply of identified equipment required at DHQH/ THQH
- Support the review and upgrading of maintenance procedures for key equipment
- Repair and renovation of selected health facilities
- Support the preparation of the Health Facility Assessment report and sharing with provincial and district stakeholders
- Support procurement of equipment and furniture for upgrading RHCs, stores and staff accommodation
- Support procurement of medicines and supplies for RHCs and procurement and maintenance of Ambulance at RHCs.
- Identification of existing gaps in the referral system and establishment and maintenance of database of referred cases
- Support the establishment of referral desks at the receiving facilities (RHCs/ THQH/ DHQH)
- Support the establishment of DHMTs and regular meetings
- Support the development of incentive criteria in consultation with district authorities and support monthly supervisory visits to health facilities for performance assessment.
- Identification of training needs of district and provincial government officials and staff from health facilities and support to training programs
- Support day to day capacity building of district health facility staff
- Supporting the development of strategic plans, annual and quarterly work plan as emerged in the project proposal
- Support the implementation of baseline and end line surveys of the project
- Liaise with Baluchistan Health department and project administration for implementation of the project activities
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE - MBBS/ MPH or equivalent
