| Job Description: |
|
- Supervise ECCE Sub-office finance department and coordinate in the overall working of the sub-office Finance staff.
- Coordinate and supervise all financial transactions.
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, six monthly and annual financial reports to the country office and other departments.
- Prepare and present financial reports to the Program Director for review purpose
- Ensure the physical security and that the records are kept in line and up to date with the system.
- Facilitate PD/SPM, Project Managers in preparation of budgets.
- Manage inflow and out flow of funds.
- Ensure compliance with manuals and GAAP in all financial matters.
- Facilitate the Internal / External Auditors.
- Coordinate taxation management and other finance related matters with Government of Pakistan Departments.
- Visit All district offices for periodic reviews to evaluate the compliance with internal controls.
- Monitoring of bank balance and ensuring that sufficient operating funds are available at all the time
- Timely fund requisition to the country office
- Coordinate with HR for hiring staff and monthly payroll
- Training and capacity building of support staff
- Prepare budget realignment, pipeline analysis and BvA for PD/SPM of ECCE.
- Prepare cash forecast for ECCE Project on monthly basis.
- Assist Main office Grants team to prepare donor report.
