ROLE PURPOSE: The position will be responsible for the smooth facilitation of all office activities at GF projects CHBC site Peshawar / Kohat SCOPE OF ROLE: Reports to: Service Delivery Sr Officer , GFATM Round 9 Dimensions: Save the Children works in over 50 districts in Pakistan with a current staff complement of approximately 2,500 staff and current expenditure of over $50 million each year. Staff directly reporting to this post: Nil KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY: 1. Will facilitate referrals of People Living with HIV (PLHIV) to ARV treatment centers and vice versa 2. Will accompany the PLHIVs to Lab , pharmacy and hospitals as advised by the project staff 3. Will take care of the CHBC Center assets and premises 4. Will perform duties related to things needed from market or other sites as required by CHBC staff 5. Will facilitate PLHIVs and their family members visiting CHBC site 6. Will arrange food and accommodation needs of PLHIVs visiting CHBC site 7. Will operate the Photocopier and will keep proper record of the copies 8. Will ensure the efficient functioning of the office equipment 9. Will report in case of any fault in the machine 10. Will meet and greet the visitors 11. Will handle courier mails and their delivery to the concerned 12. Will assist in collection of utility bills and process for payments 13. Timely provision of office supplies 14. Ensure the cleanliness of office premises and other issues in absence of admin officer 15. To file admin related documents 16. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE - Primary or Middle, preferably have work experience with NGOs.
- Good behavior and well manner
- Highly dedicated and motivated for the organization
- Understanding of English language and spoken Urdu/Pashto language is must.
