Job Description - Undertake anthropometric screening, identify children with malnutrition and provide appropriate nutritional and medical support as protocol;
- Provide nutrition and health education to all program beneficiaries;
- Properly record,document and report the program activities;
- Undertake any other tasks as requested by Nutrition Officer;
Requirements - Education: Nurse/Lady Health Visitor
- Total work experience 1 2 years
- Experience in OTP primary health care or community health experience
- Experience of working with malnourished population specially children and pregnant/lactating mothers
