Job Description · To process requests, maintain records and update tracking lists of requests and procurement documents. · To prepare drafts of letters and official contracts and correspondence with suppliers. · Enter data and prepare documents such as requests for quotations from suppliers and service providers. · Arrange procurement committee meetings and prepare files for the review of committee members. · Prepare bid analysis, purchase orders and maintain proper documentation and records. · Assist in making arrangements for moving of materials procured to warehouse and other locations. · Assist in conducting market survey and sourcing new suppliers. · Liaise with finance department for payment of bills. · Liaise with logistics department for dispatch of goods/supplies procured for sub-offices. Requirements · Graduate degree, Masters preferred. · Demonstrated 2 years of overall experience; and a minimum of 1 year specific development sector experience. · Excellent computer literacy · Good oral and written communication skills · Excellent interpersonal skills · Excellent organizational skills · Demonstrated ability to work in insecure environments
