Job Description
- Maintains and updates FSL project files including all relevant documents like proposals, reports, project updates, beneficiary lists, maps, photographs etc
- Provide support with compiling, editing and finalizing information material for including donor reports, case studies, and visual contents
- Secretarial Support in documenting and drafting project updates, fact sheets and success stories
- Creates, maintains, and updates electronic databases for documents, maps, beneficiary listing, and other administrative documents
- Preparation and maintaining records of internal and external communications including emails, letters, purchase requisitions and other relevant documents
- Attends department meetings, prepare agendas and distribute minutes as requested by FSL Director and Manger
- Provide support to field team in maintenance of their projects records, compilation of project updates/fact sheets at different field offices, compilation of beneficiary records and provision of up to date information to field team
- Help in collecting background information for concept papers and proposals
- Weekly reporting on progress
- Comply with the requirements of Save the Childrens Child Protection Policy to ensure maximum protection for children
- Other duties as required in line with your skills, experience and role
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in rural development, natural resource management, agriculture or another related field
- Total Work Experience (In Yrs) 1-2 years.
- Sector Experience (In Yrs) 1-2 years.
- Team work
- Good writing and communication skills
- Good command over computer programmes
