| Job Description: |
|
- Provide strategic direction and overall administrative and implementation management of an MNCH Project;
- Financial Managements budget holder;
- Project human resource management;
- Provide technical and programmatic leadership in design,implementation, monitoring and quality assurance of reconstruction and other program activities;
- Ensure program activities and operations are consistent with and in compliance with AUSAID rules and regulations;
- Responsible for developing strategic and annual work plan as envisaged in the project proposal;
- Ensure achievements of the project objectives are contained in project proposal and respective grant agreements;
- Ensure field based monitoring and organizing regular review meetings with the line department and project senior team members;
- Routine Coordination with all Donor, Government line Departments and INGOs/NGOs;
- Prepare monthly,quarterly, Bi-annual and Annual reports for internal and external reporting;
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE - Master's Degree in Public Health or Equivalent(Preference will be given to the candidates with MBBS and/or other health management qualifications)
- At least 10 years of project management experience in development sector;
- At least 5 years of experience in working in Health Sector;
- Minimum 2 years experience in Monitoring,Evaluation & Research;
- Excellent skills in facilitation, team building and coordination;
- Demonstrated success with external relations and high level representation;
- Demonstrated ability to lead project teams to meet objectives in and across multiple technical areas;
- Ability to work in a complex environment with multiple tasks, short deadlines and intense pressure to perform;
- Ability to develop and maintain productive working relationships with donors, Balochistan government line departments and other partners;
- Demonstrated leadership capacity to analyze problems and issues and to develop technical solutions
- Available to travel within project area as needed;
- Fluency in English; Pashto, Balochi language skills preferred;
Excellent writing skills in English and Urdu;
