|
Job Description - Review and improve the implementation plans, quality assurance tools in accordance with project description.
- Support and study team in development of strategies for various components of the project and insure its implementation
- Review data collection and surveillance tools and monitor data quality and accuracy
- Build capacity of the study team in effective and efficient implementation of the project activities
- Organize monthly and annual reviews and process documentation of the project activities
- Represent SC and work closely with department of Health Sindh donors and partners
- Assist DCD Program Implementation in identification of needs and opportunities for project activities besides ,facilitating in designing and development of proposals to explore new opportunities
- Support the developing strategic plans, annual and monthly work plan as envisaged in the project proposal
- Periodically monitor project activities in the field by carrying out independent assessments, produce reports for improvement in the project implementation
- Facilitate meetings of LHWs program with AKU at regular intervals
- Liaise with LHW Program, district and provincial health authorities to ensure smooth participation and ownership of the project.
- Liaison with home office, timely response to queries, skype calls etc
Required Qualification & Experience: - MBBS/ Master degree in Public Health or Equivalent
- Relevant experience 5 years, Total work experience 10 years
- Management, research, problem solving, analytical, communication, computer, report writing & presentation skills required.
