KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY: Gather data on monthly basis from alliance and consortium partners Enter, clean and validate data received from partners Communicate with partners regarding data issues and provide detailed feedback accordingly Compile and analyze data on monthly basis Present the findings of the data analysis to MEAL team Write up output tracker analysis part of the learning document Organize MEAL trainings, meetings, field coordination and exercises Support Manager MEAL for the analysis of longitudinal study Take lead on administrative tasks for the MEAL and MEA team Provide training to MEAL partners staff on data entry, management and analysis Be willing to travel to field locations to support the above functions Any other tasks given by line manager Accountability: --Holds self accountable for making decisions, managing resources efficiently, achieving and role modelling Save the Children values --Holds the team and accountable to deliver on their responsibilities - giving them the freedom to deliver in the best way they see fit, providing the necessary development to improve performance and applying appropriate consequences when results are not achieved Ambition: --Sets ambitious and challenging goals for themselves (and their team), takes responsibility for their own personal development and encourages others to do the same --Widely shares their personal vision for Save the Children, engages and motivates others --Future orientated, thinks strategically.
