Job Description:

KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:

• Gather data on monthly basis from alliance and consortium partners
• Enter, clean and validate data received from partners
• Communicate with partners regarding data issues and provide detailed feedback accordingly
• Compile and analyze data on monthly basis
• Present the findings of the data analysis to MEAL team
• Write up output tracker analysis part of the learning document
• Organize MEAL trainings, meetings, field coordination and exercises
• Support Manager MEAL for the analysis of longitudinal study
• Take lead on administrative tasks for the MEAL and MEA team
• Provide training to MEAL partner’s staff on data entry, management and analysis
• Be willing to travel to field locations to support the above functions
• Any other tasks given by line manager

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

· Bachelors in Quantitative Analysis, Statistics, Research Methods

· Sector experience 1 year, total work experience 1-2 years

· Data management and analysis skills

· Advanced use of MS Office particularly MS Excel and MS Access

· Drafting and communication skills

· Relationship building skills
