Maintain an effective Field HRIS with optimum efficiency. · Act as a focal person for all field HR queries and try to rectify them accordingly. · Cope with staff issues and concerns effectively. · Organize orientation sessions for all new recruits at regular intervals. · Ensure transparent and effective recruitment as per HR Policies and Procedures through all steps of the process. Also ensure recruitment updates are shared with Islamabad HR on a weekly basis. · Ensure joining documents are duly filled and signed by all new employees and that all deliverables are provided along. · Maintain an up-to-date leave database at all times. · Share weekly recruitment updates with Islamabad for reporting purpose. Also ensure recruitment updates are reflected in the respective organograms as well. · Update and communicate information for Health and Life Insurance regularly.

Demonstrated 1-2 years of overall experience; and a minimum of 6 months of specific sector experience
