| Job Description: |
|
- Lead the application development carried out in the hub and develops application functionality, create libraries to use across the programs, and ensure appropriate application hosting.
- Develop and maintain requirement analysis for mapping donor report tabulation, total reach, global indicator and requirements with LFA based reports.
- Conduct field visits to assess the data management practices and coordinate with program teams in the hub to assess their data requirements.
- Maintain and enhance existing applications by addressing usability, data consistency, and rendering issues. Also conduct data audit and prepare Hub based audits reports on monthly basis.
- Design and implement program reports structure and formats with program team and management, MEAL and Member services. And develop monthly management reporting pack.
- Responsible for the production of test plans, scripts and reports for execution of manual and automated testing.
- Provide support in the implementation of data management system and maintain project document checklist and tracking sheets.
- Document online help, user guides, design specifications, and system manuals.
- Plan and conduct training sessions for Hub based MIS team.
- Coordinate with MIS Specialist in Islamabad and provide timely reports and support.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE - MS/MCS/BS/BCS/BSc Hons (Software Engineering/CS)/ equivalent 16 years education from HEC recognized university with at least 4-5 years demonstrable relevant experience of programming in Microsoft software platform (.NET).
- Sound knowledge on SQL Server, ASP.NET with C# and SharePoint.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience of web development using Web Services, XML, SOAP as well as Smart PhoneP.NET 4.nd preparins; environments and applications.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is highly desirable.
