Job Description:
· Conduct trainings for teachers and PTC and conduct TNA.
· Design manual for teachers, community and PTC.
· Coordinate with department members in an effective manner.
· Attend meetings and brief other team members about the meeting.
· Keep record of child activities and organize competitions.ï· Prepare and send monthly reports of these activities to education coordinator.
· Establish children club in the district appointed.
· Ability to communicate with immediate line manager as well as people from other departments.
· Prepare and design trainings for teachers, community and PTC and submit detailed reports to education coordinator at the end of each training.
Requirements:
· MA in education or any other relevant field.
· Total Work Experience (In Yrs) 4.
· Sector Experience (In Yrs) At least 3 years of training experience.
· Proficient in use of MS-Office
· Experience of implementing best practices
· Good understanding of education concepts and issues in emergency context.
· Fluency in Pushto
· Effective communication skills.
