Job Description:

KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:

  1. Assist in the preparation of daily duty schedule for drivers and allocation of vehicles for staff & field movement with the consultation of supervisor.
  2. Inspect and prepare vehicle fitness report and ensure cleanliness of all vehicles in-consultation with concerned driver.
  3. Assist in the timely and proper repair and maintenance of all vehicles as well as proper documentations.
  4. Assist in the preparation and submission of time sheets and overtime record of all the drivers.
  5. Maintain proper record of overtime, time sheet and other department related records.
  6. Officer Logistics -Quetta- Shuffle over time duties among fleet driver as per turn.
  7. Provide official transport facility to staff as and when required, even on off days.
  8. Prepare realistic estimates for vehicle R/M with consultation of supervisor.
  9. Surprise visits to workshops during repair works.
  10. Work as a backup in the absence of supervisor.
  11. Conduct vehicle inspection on monthly basis.
  12. Drive vehicle in lieu of driver.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  13. At least intermediate or equivalent 2-3 years of total experience with having 1-2 years of sector experience.
  14. Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  15. Fluency in written and spoken English & local language.
  16. Excellent skills on computer operation, especially on Microsoft Excel
  17. Having good vehicle mechanical skill to identify the vehicle faults.
  18. Must have valid driving license.
