Job Description:
  1. Ensure that the warehouse is kept clean at all times and clean from all dirty and dust and stack all items in proper order with stock card.
  2. Ensure that broken containers and slake/torn bags are immediately reconstituted, weighed, and re-bagged properly.
  3. Ensure to dispatch commodities as per approved distribution/delivery plan to design at ed distribution points.
  4. Prepare waybills/STA/Authority letter and necessary documentation for all outgoing commodities/items and obtains signatures from truck drivers and/or other receiving authorities.
  5. Prepare and submit updated information of commodities, stock items in proper reporting format(GIK, Stock reconciliation report) on daily basis to supervisor and frequently as required before deadline to the management.
  6. To maintain accurate and up to date records of store items including proper use of stock cards to mention physical stock of commodity.
  7. To conductperiodic verification check of all inventory and submission of report tothe Logistics Coordinator QPO and warehouse Coordinator PkCO
  8. Prepare GRN recordswith complete document trail for warehouse/inventory record.
  9. To identify andtimely report damaged, slow moving and obsolete items.
  10. Preparing weekly,monthly & annual report of stocks/goods.
  11. Close coordinationwith inventory officer for receiving or distribution of item at fieldlevel.
  12. Presentation ofreports and stocks to officials or management as & when required.
  13. Proving supportand training to porters, cleaners, etc., as & when required.
  14. Coordinate withfleet section to arrange and schedule transportation if any item isrequired.
  15. To prepare spaceand make necessary arrangements for incoming commodities.
  16. To ensureplacement and good health of equipments/stock at warehouse location(s) andcommunicate with all departments as needed.

Qualification And Experience

  • At least graduate with 2-3 years of total experience with 1-2 years of sector experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English &spoken
  • Excellent skills on computer operation,especially on Microsoft Excel
