Job Description:
- Manage facility, staff and logistic
- Provide Family planning /Birth spacing services to women and men
- Provide Post Abortion Care services to the women.
- Provide the surgical services Tubal Ligation & MVA at the facility, arrange & manage it accordingly.
- Manage/referral high-risk cases
- Ensure Health education sessions especially on FP and PAC carried out inside the facility
- Ensure field visits are paid by BHU staff keeping the referral reports in view
- Implement, manage and monitor community based PHC
- Ensure aseptic measures adopted at all levels
- Record all health activities and report in line with set indicators
Requirements:
